Vision Statement:

To construct a monumental Multi-Cultural “Kingdom City” mobilized, operated, and sustained by its "resurrected" citizens.  To create opportunities for disenfranchised and displaced individuals from all walks of life.  We will restore the ability to dream by imparting wisdom and Christlike mindsets.  We will tear down impossibilities and empower lives to become reflections of God’s “Resurrecting” power.

The City’s objective:

To become an enrichment and empowerment structure with the capabilities to educate, instruct and train from within the residential culture.  The "city" will be structured to release purpose and potential in the individuals served thereby and utilize their multi-faceted skills and abilities.

Mission:

To create prosperous souls, producing wealth, health, wholeness and integrity by teaching them to rebuild and to become re-established within their own ethnic communities and abroad.   II. To disciple men and women, equipping and empowering them with the life changing word, to reframe their worlds and the worlds of those they will encounter and impact.
